Looking For Your Next Career Step? Apply To Work With Us TODAY

Why would you choose a career in physiotherapy? There are probably lots of reasons. Perhaps it’s the opportunity to make a genuine difference to someone’s quality of life, help people regain their independence, or support them to stay active and enjoy the things that matter most.

At our clinic, we understand exactly why you chose this profession.

Do you want to deliver hands-on care and help people move with greater confidence, less pain and more independence? Perhaps it’s helping someone get back on their feet after an injury, supporting an older adult to remain active and independent, or helping someone manage a long-term condition so they can continue doing the things they love.

We keep our patients at the heart of everything we do, delivering outstanding care to every individual who comes through our doors. Our goal is simple: to help every patient move better, feel better and live life to the fullest.

That’s where you come in as a Mobility Physiotherapist.

You’ll assess, treat and rehabilitate patients experiencing mobility difficulties, pain, reduced strength, balance problems or physical limitations. You’ll work closely with each individual to understand their goals and develop a personalised treatment and rehabilitation programme that helps them achieve greater movement, confidence and independence.

You’ll work with adults of varying ages and abilities, supporting people recovering from injury, managing long-term conditions, experiencing age-related mobility changes, or simply wanting to improve their strength, balance and physical function.

Where a patient’s needs fall outside your scope of practice, you’ll recognise this and refer appropriately to another healthcare professional.

If this sounds like you and somewhere you want to be, we’d love to hear from you.

WHO WE ARE

We are a patient-focused physiotherapy clinic committed to delivering exceptional, personalised care.

We pride ourselves on giving every patient the time, attention and specialist treatment they need. Every appointment is an opportunity to understand what is limiting someone’s movement, identify the underlying issues and create a clear plan to help them progress.

We believe physiotherapy is about much more than treating a physical problem. It’s about understanding the person behind the condition and helping them get back to living the life they want.

“We don’t just treat the problem. We help people get back to doing what matters most.”

WHAT WE DO

We deliver high-quality physiotherapy and rehabilitation designed around the individual.

Our approach combines clinical assessment, hands-on treatment, exercise therapy, education and personalised rehabilitation programmes to help patients improve their mobility, strength, confidence and independence.

We are also passionate about developing our therapists, giving our team opportunities to expand their clinical skills, learn from experienced colleagues and progress throughout their careers.

We want every physiotherapist to have the opportunity to become the best therapist they can be.

WHAT YOU’LL GET FROM US

We’re passionate about creating a supportive culture where our team can develop both personally and professionally.

Your development will be a key part of what we do, with regular opportunities for continuing professional development, clinical discussion, mentoring and learning from experienced members of the team.

You’ll be encouraged to develop your clinical reasoning, broaden your skill set and build confidence working with a wide range of mobility-related presentations.

Most importantly, you’ll be part of a team that genuinely cares about the outcomes we achieve for our patients.

THE ROLE AND KEY DUTIES

  • Continue to develop your clinical knowledge and skills through CPD, training and peer learning.
  • Represent the values and standards of the clinic at all times.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health and safety and clinical practice.
  • Ensure appropriate equipment and resources are available and maintained.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties, projects or meetings required as part of the role.

We are a rapidly growing physiotherapy clinic in Lekki, and we’re looking for an exceptional Clinic Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running and continued growth of the clinic.

This is not simply an administration role. You will be responsible for people, patients, performance, revenue and partnerships.

You’ll lead the team, improve clinic performance, ensure patients receive an exceptional experience and develop relationships with HMOs, corporate organisations, hospitals, consultants and other healthcare professionals to create new referral and revenue opportunities.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Leading, coaching and holding the team accountable for performance.

  • Ensuring patients receive an exceptional experience and complete their plans of care.

  • Building a strong and reliable referral network.

  • Reporting performance and opportunities to the owner.

  • Commercially aware and comfortable working with numbers.

  • Excellent at building relationships.

  • Confident communicating with patients, staff and external partners.

  • Resourceful when things don’t go according to plan.

  • Comfortable being measured and held accountable for results.

  • Passionate about learning and improving.

Why join us?

We’re growing quickly and we’re serious about developing our people.

You’ll receive training, coaching and support, with clear objectives and the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as the business grows.

Lekki | Join a rapidly growing physiotherapy clinic

We are a rapidly growing physiotherapy clinic in Lekki, and we are looking for a Marketing & Growth Coordinator to help us build a strong, consistent and measurable marketing engine.

About the Role

We are bringing more of our marketing in-house and are looking for someone who can combine hands-on execution with curiosity and big-picture thinking.

You will work closely with the clinic owner and team to plan, organise and improve how we attract, educate and convert new patients and how we stay connected with existing patients.

This is not an influencer role and it is not a hard-sell marketing position.

It is an opportunity for someone who wants to learn, take ownership and help build the marketing function of a growing healthcare business.

What You’ll Work On

With training and support, you will be involved in areas such as:

  • Marketing planning and coordination.

  • Google Ads and Meta advertising.

  • Email marketing and patient follow-up campaigns.

  • Organic social media and content scheduling.

  • Creating simple videos and educational content in the clinic.

  • In-clinic marketing materials and campaigns

  • Working with the team

You do not need to know everything above.

We can teach you.

What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, take action and improve.

Who We’re Looking For

This role could suit someone with marketing experience or someone with strong transferable skills who wants to build a career in marketing.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Curious and eager to learn.

  • A strong writer with excellent English.

  • Comfortable using digital tools

  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects.

  • Creative but also comfortable looking at numbers and results.

  • Proactive—you don’t need someone constantly telling you what to do.

  • Comfortable experimenting, measuring and improving.

  • Interested in healthcare, education and helping people.

  • Comfortable being held accountable for results.

  • More interested in building something valuable than chasing vanity metrics.

This Role Is Not For You If…

  • You’re looking to become an influencer.

  • You only want to create social media posts.

  • You dislike working with numbers and measuring results.

  • You expect someone else to tell you exactly what to do every day.

  • You’re looking for shortcuts rather than learning how to build sustainable growth.

  • You’re uncomfortable with feedback or change.

What We Will Give You

We’re serious about developing our people.

You’ll receive training, coaching and hands-on experience across multiple areas of modern marketing.

You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with the clinic owner, learn how a growing healthcare business operates and develop skills across digital marketing, content, lead generation, patient conversion and growth.

As the clinic grows, there will be opportunities for greater responsibility, career progression and performance-linked pay increases.

The opportunity

If you’re someone who thinks:

“I don’t know how to do that yet—but I’ll learn.”

If you want to become genuinely good at marketing, enjoy taking ownership and want to help grow a business that makes a real difference to people’s health, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and tell us why you think you’d be a great fit for the role. Our email is jobs@mobilityphysio.com
